Our Founders
Dr. Jonathan R. Everhart, CAIA, CPA, Esq.
Chairman, CEO & Chief Investment Officer
Dr. Everhart previously served as the Chief Strategy Officer for Gilgal Financial Services and as a Management Consultant for Dominion Capital Management Corp. He advises public and private officials and organizations in the United States and internationally on enacting policies governing emerging technologies that foster effective policy enactment and continued growth for digital economies around the world. He is a member of several leading digital economy advisory boards, including the Green Technology Advisory Board for the United Nations Science-Policy-Business Forum, United States Investment Advisory Council for the United States Department of Commerce, Industry Trade Advisory Committee on Digital Economy for the United States International Trade Administration, and Expert Advisory Group on Tech, Science and Innovation for The Institute of Directors. He is a member of the Bretton Woods Committee and its Future of Finance Working Group. In recognition of his commercial and policy work, he was nominated as a David Rockefeller Fellow for The Trilateral Commission and as a World Economic Forum–Young Global Leader. He holds the following degrees: Doctor of Business Administration (University of the Incarnate Word), Master of Laws in Securities & Financial Regulation (Georgetown University Law Center), Master of Laws in Taxation (Georgetown University Law Center), Master of Science in Quantitative Management–Business Analytics (Duke University–Fuqua School of Business), Master of Technology Management (Georgetown University), Master of Science in Cybersecurity Policy (Brown University), Juris Doctor (Thurgood Marshall School of Law), Master of Business Administration (Angelo State University), Master of Science in Accounting (University of the Incarnate Word), and Bachelor of Business Administration (Angelo State University). He is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (Chartered MCSI) and Institute of Directors Member (MIoD). He attained Series 6, 63, and 65 FINRA securities industry licenses. He is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), CPA, corporate attorney, and tenured corporate law professor.
Kyle Utterback, CPA
CFO & President
Mr. Utterback previously served as a Senior Accountant for Tesoro Corporation, a Fortune 100 energy company, and as a General Accountant for Paccar, a Fortune 500 manufacturing company. His experience spans the financial management and oversight of operations and technology assets. This includes leading and completing internal control audits for IT projects for a Fortune 500 company and working with senior IT management in forecasting IT resources and reviewing capital spending on a project-by-project basis. He advises organizations in the United States and internationally on enacting policies governing emerging technologies that foster effective policy enactment and continued growth for digital economies around the world. He holds a Master of Science in Accounting Degree (University of the Incarnate Word) and a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree (BYU–Idaho). He is a CPA and accounting professor.
