Our Founders
Dr. Jonathan R. Everhart, CAIA, CPA, Esq.
Chairman, CEO & Chief Investment Officer
Dr. Jonathan R. Everhart, CAIA, CPA, Esq. is a recognized global leader in finance and the digital economy. He is a member of the United States Investment Advisory Council for the United States Department of Commerce and the Trade and Environment Policy Advisory Committee for the Office of the United States Trade Representative–Executive Office of the United States President. He is also a member of the Bretton Woods Committee and its Future of Finance Working Group. Dr. Everhart has extensive work with international institutions on investment, trade, governance, and policy in the global finance and digital economy sectors. Organizations he currently advises or has advised include the United Nations, World Bank, Bank for International Settlements, Executive Office of the United States President, United States Department of Commerce, United States International Trade Administration, United States Federal Reserve, Hong Kong Monetary Authority, Monetary Authority of Singapore, and Nasdaq. He is also an appointed member to the Green Technology Advisory Board for the United Nations Science-Policy-Business Forum, Industry Trade Advisory Committee on Digital Economy for the United States International Trade Administration, and Expert Advisory Group on Tech, Science & Innovation for the Institute of Directors. He is a speaker at the United Nations and World Bank on global finance and the digital economy. For his global leadership, Dr. Everhart was awarded the prestigious Master’s Award for Professional Excellence from his alma mater Brown University and he was nominated as a World Economic Forum–Young Global Leader. He received the following degrees: Master of Science in Cybersecurity Policy from Brown University; Master of Science in Quantitative Management–Business Analytics from Duke University–Fuqua School of Business; Master of Laws in Securities & Financial Regulation and Master of Laws in Taxation from Georgetown University Law; Master of Technology Management from Georgetown University; J.D.–Magna Cum Laude from Thurgood Marshall School of Law; Doctor of Business Administration and Master of Science in Accounting–With Distinction from the University of the Incarnate Word; and Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration from Angelo State University. He is completing his Master’s in Taxation at the University of Oxford. He has a background as a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment Chartered Member, CPA, corporate attorney, and tenured corporate law professor.
Kyle Utterback, CPA
CFO & President
Kyle Utterback, CPA previously served as a Senior Accountant for Tesoro Corporation, a Fortune 100 energy company, and as a General Accountant for Paccar, a Fortune 500 manufacturing company. His experience spans the financial management and oversight of operations and technology assets. This includes leading and completing internal control audits for IT projects for a Fortune 500 company and working with senior IT management in forecasting IT resources and reviewing capital spending on a project-by-project basis. He advises organizations in the United States and internationally on enacting policies governing emerging technologies that foster effective policy enactment and continued growth for digital economies around the world. He received a Master of Science in Accounting Degree (University of the Incarnate Word) and a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree (BYU–Idaho). He is a CPA and accounting professor.
